With 122 m² of living space, the apartment comfortably welcomes up to 6 guests. You’ll find a bright living area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The bedrooms are arranged to suit families and groups of friends alike. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds. Both bathrooms have a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.

The true star of the apartment is its private 47 m² rooftop terrace with sea views. Picture yourself enjoying a slow breakfast in the morning sun, an afternoon with a good book, or a sunset drink as the light fades over the Mediterranean. To make those evenings even more special, the terrace has its own beer tap, so you can use your own beer kegs. The terrace is furnished with a dining table, chairs and sun loungers.

The independent kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and juicer, along with all the kitchenware and crockery for family meals.

For year-round comfort, the apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating. Wi-Fi internet and TV with international channels are included free of charge. There’s also a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer, and bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests also have access to the Bellavista community swimming pool, a lovely spot to cool off on warm Andalusian days.

Breaching the house or community rules may result in the reservation being cancelled.

Please note this is a self-catering apartment. To help you settle in, we provide a small welcome pack with still and sparkling water, a basic kitchen starter set for your first night, and a travel-size bathroom set. Additional food and pantry items, such as coffee capsules, salt, oil, sugar or spices, are not included, and their availability cannot be 100% guaranteed.
