Welcome to this bright and welcoming 3-bedroom apartment in Island of Riviera Golf, a residential complex in Sitio de Calahonda, Mijas Costa. Just a short walk from Miraflores Golf, it’s a lovely base for families, couples, golfers and friends who want to enjoy the Costa del Sol in a peaceful setting.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Its layout is practical and cosy, with a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a generous terrace that becomes your outdoor living room during the warmer months.

The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out. It’s a great fit for families with children or small groups of friends. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

One of the highlights of the apartment is its 27 m² terrace with views over the golf course and the sea. It’s the perfect place to start the day with breakfast in the sun, relax with a book in the afternoon, or share a glass of wine as the evening cools down. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, along with all the kitchenware and crockery you’ll need.

For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a washing machine, iron and hair dryer.

For those without a car, the Golf Miraflores bus stop is just 550 metres from the complex, and Fuengirola train station is 13.5 km away.

Golf lovers will feel right at home, with Miraflores Golf just 750 metres away and many more courses along this stretch of the coast within a short drive.

For everyday essentials, the shops and restaurants of Riviera del Sol are just 1.5 km away, with Más and Supercor Exprés supermarkets within 2 km. For a bigger shop, ALDI and Carrefour are both under 5 km away. The nearest sandy beach, by the popular Max Beach, is only 1.9 km from the apartment.
